羧基丁苯胶乳对水泥砂浆基本性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究了羧基丁苯胶乳对水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:(1)随着羧基丁苯胶乳掺量的增加,水泥砂浆流动度不断降低;各龄期的抗折和抗压强度不断减小,抗折强度最大下降了36.2%,抗压强度最大下降了58.9%;提出了气泡形成预测模型。(2)不同消泡剂均降低了流动度,D类消泡效果最好,其抗折强度28 d超过了标准试验结果,而抗压强度始终低于标准试验结果。(3)增加D类消泡剂的掺量,水泥砂浆28 d抗折和抗压强度均有增加的趋势,掺量超过6‰后,其抗折强度均大于标准试验结果,而抗压强度始终小于标准试验的结果。 Influence of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex on basic properties of cement mortar was studied.As a result:(1)With the increase of the content of carboxylated styrene butadiene latex,the fluidity of cement mortar is decreasing continuously;the flexural strength and compressive strength decreased at all ages,the maximum flexural strength decreased by36.2%,and the maximum compressive strength decreased by58.9%;a prediction model of air bubble formation is proposed.(2)Different defoaming agents reduce the fluidity,type D defoaming effect is best,the 28d flexural strength exceeded the standard test results,however,the compressive strength is always lower than the standard test results.(3)Increase the amount of D defoamer,the 28d flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar are increasing,when the content is more than6per thousand,its flexural strength is greater than the standard test results,while the compressive strength is always less than the standard test results.
