塑钢纤维轻骨料混凝土与钢筋的黏结性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对不同塑钢纤维掺量以及不同轻骨料拌制的混凝土进行抗压、劈拉以及直接拔出试验,以求得到纤维以及轻骨料种类对轻骨料混凝土力学性能和黏结性能的影响。通过试验可以得出:塑钢纤维掺量对轻骨料混凝土力学性能的影响较小,对轻骨料混凝土与钢筋的黏结性能产生一定的增强增韧作用;免烧轻骨料混凝土与烧结轻骨料拌制的混凝土都有较高的抗压强度,当轻骨料混凝土处于剪切状态时,烧结轻骨料混凝土表现出更好的黏结性能。 To obtain the influence of fiber and lightweight aggregate type on mechanical properties and bond properties of lightweight aggregate concrete(LWAC),the compressive,tensile and pull-out test of concrete with different kinds of HPP fiber and different lightweight aggregate were carried out in this paper.The conclusions can be drawn from the experiment:the slight influence of fiber content on the mechanical properties of LWAC,and has a certain effect on the bond performance between LWAC and steel;it showed high compressive strength of cold-bond lightweight concrete and sintered lightweight aggregate concrete,while the LWAC in the shear state,the sintering light aggregate concrete showed better performance.
