黄石市现代物流业发展对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Developing Modern Logistics Industry in Huangshi

对黄石多式联运体系的打造、临空物流的布局、物流业与制造业的深度融合、现代物流体系的构建、物流市场主体的培育,以及围绕物流业降本增效的制度体系和政策体系等方面进行了系统分析,重点研究了加快发展现代物流业、助推黄石工业强市的相关战略。提出加快构造黄石"四港一体、四网融合"的现代物流体系,以建设现代港口城市为依托,努力将黄石打造成为长江中游区域性物流城市。

Through a systematic analysis of the establishment of the inter-modal transport system,the layout of the airport logistics industry,the in-depth integration of the logistics industry and the manufacturing industry,the construction of the modern logistics system,the cultivation of the logistics market agents,and the institutional and policy system for reducing the costs and increasing the efficiency of the logistics industry,etc.,we studied the relevant strategies to accelerate the development of the modern logistics industry and promote the rapid development of Huangshi into a strong regional manufacturing economic entity.Then we proposed to speed up the construction of the modern logistics system of the city,and,relying on the construction of Huangshi into a modern port city,build it into a regional logistics hub in the middle reaches area of the Yangtze River.
