Overview of Development of UAV Logistics

物流无人机在末端配送和特殊环境配送中具有不可替代的优势,但是由于存在技术、法规和监管方面的问题,目前还处于探索阶段,未能形成规模发展。通过综述国内外无人机物流的发展进程,梳理无人机相关政策和监管机制可以看出:目前,无人机相关法规和监管机制的建设滞后于无人机技术的发展,这一点成为制约无人机物流发展的瓶颈;未来无人机物流的发展是技术和监管的结合,建立完善的无人机监管和网络运营系统,提高无人机安全性,无人机物流将会迅速向前发展。

By reviewing the development course of the UAV logistics both at home and abroad and going over the relevant policies and supervision mechanisms of UAVs,it is found that currently the UAV-related regulations and regulatory mechanisms lagged behind the development of the UAV technology,constituting a bottleneck to the development of the UAV logistics industry;and in the future,the development of UAV logistics will be driven by the combination of technology and supervision,meaning after the establishment of a comprehensive UAV supervision and network operation system and with better safety guaranty,the UAV logistics industry will see great prosperity.
