“农超对接”农产品物流系统有序度研究

Study on Degree of Order of Farm-to-supermarket Agricultural Product Logistics System

从农业供给侧结构性改革视角分析了农产品供应链中三种物流运作模式,考虑到当前我国农业发展现状,从系统信息论角度,引入熵理论构建时效熵、质量熵及系统有序度对以"超市"为主体渠道模式、以"第三方物流企业"为主体外包模式进行定量分析。论证了以"第三方物流企业"为主体外包模式有序度优于以"超市"为主体渠道模式,建议在发展"农超对接"中应大力发展农产品第三方物流,使超市、农业合作社和第三方物流企业形成长期的战略同盟,充分凸显"农超对接"模式的优越性。

From the perspective of the supply-side structural reform of the agricultural industry,this paper analyzes the three logistics operation modes of the agricultural product supply chain.Considering the current situation of the agricultural industry in China and from the angle of system information theory,it introduces in the entropy theory to construct the time-effect entropy,quality entropy and system order degree which are used in a quantitative analysis of the channel mode which centers on the supermarket and the outsourcing mode which centers on the third-party logistics enterprise.Through the analysis,it is found that the degree of order of the outsourcing mode is superior to that of the channel mode and correspondingly it is suggested that third-party logistics should be vigorously encouraged in the farm-tosupermarket supply chain system,so as to form the long-term strategic alliance among the supermarkets,agricultural cooperatives and thirdparty logistics companies.
