摘要
介绍了汽车生产物流传统上线模式与SPS模式的流程;比较了两种上线模式对面积资源及人员岗位的需求,以及不同零件类数量、流量、拣货区与流水线距离等关键参数指标对资源需求的影响,最后通过实际案例验证了SPS模式下搬运模块满足人员节省的各参数关系曲线。
This paper introduces the working process of the traditional supply mode and the SPS mode of automobile production logistics,and analyzes comparatively the two in terms of their demand for floor area and personnel and posts,as well as the influence of key parameter indicators such as the number and flow rate of different parts,the distance between the picking area and the assembly line,etc.,on the demand for resources.At the end an empirical case is used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the SPS mode.
