Research on the Choice of Valuation Methods of Construction Contract Based on the Perspective of Settlement Audit

阐述现有施工合同计价方式,分析建设工程常用的四种计价方式及其特点,揭示其在合同管理、成本管理运用中应注意的问题,探讨如何根据投资项目特点,选择适合的施工合同计价方式,为从事工程项目管理、造价咨询业务工作的人员提供参考。

This paper expounds the current valuation methods of construction contract,analyzes four kinds of valuation methods commonly used in construction projects and their characteristics,reveals the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of contract management and cost management,and discusses how to choose the suitable construction contract valuation method according to the characteristics of investment projects,in order to provide references for the personnels engaged in project management and cost consultation.
