Flow Resistance Analysis of the Self Cleaning Filter Used for Service Water System of Nuclear Power Plant

反冲洗滤网PY05由于其结构的特殊性,没有现成的计算模型对其阻力进行分析。建立计算模型,对设备和部件的流阻进行计算,并借助仿真软件ANSYS进一步仿真分析。分析显示,PY05内部的流场比较复杂,很难用分段"抽象"为标准计算模型来准确分析其阻力。

The structure of the self cleaning filter PY05 is special and there is no common calculation modle to analyze its flow resistance.This paper establishes the modle to calculate the flow resistance and complete the further simulation analysis by ANSYS.The results show that the internal flow distribution of PY05 is complex and it is hard to separate it as several standard modles to calculate the flow resistance accurately.
