Research Progress on Chiral Compounds Separation Materials

手性化合物在自然界中普遍存在,而手性化合物的异构体往往存在不同的生理活性,因此,手性化合物的分离一直是人们关注和研究的热点话题.手性化合物的分离和分析在药物化学、生物化学和有机化学中也变得越来越重要和迫切.手性药物的分析和分离对药物、临床和病理学的研究具有重要意义,同时也具有很高的学术价值和经济价值.本文对手性化合物分离材料的研究进展进行了简要综述.

Chiral compounds are ubiquitous in nature.The isomers of chiral compounds often have different physiological activities.Therefore,the separation of chiral compounds has always been a hot topic of concerning and researching.The separation and analysis of chiral compounds become more and more important and urgent in medicinal chemistry,biochemistry and organic chemistry.The analysis and separation of chiral drugs are not only of great significance to the study of drugs,clinical and pathology,but also of high academic and economic value.A brief review of the research progress of chiral compounds separation materials is presented here.
