摘要
设计了一种以STM32F103ZET6和SG3525为控制核心的程控电源,该电源用于介质阻挡放电(DBD)型微型原子化器控制.系统中,通过单片机STM32F103ZET6控制SG3525实现了输出波形的频率及占空比调节、过流过压控制、以及超温保护等功能.文中重点探讨了该电源工作原理、软、硬件设计等.实验结果表明:该电源具有良好的稳定性以及较快的响应速度等优点.在要求高电压、小电流的电源系统中有较好的应用前景,特别适合DBD型微型原子化器实际控制需求.
We designed a program-controlled micro-plasma power supply for dielectric barrier discharge type(DBD-type)micro-atomizer,which adopted STM32F103ZET6 and SG3525 as the controlling core.The micro-controller,STM32F103ZET6,together with SG3525 realized the frequency controlling and the duty cycle adjustment for the pulse width modulator control circuit,the over-current,over-voltage and over-temperature protection.The paper emphatically discussed the working principle of the power supply and the software and hardware design of the system.The experimental results show that the power supply has many advantages,such as good stability,fast response.It has a good application prospect in power supply systems with high voltage and low current,and can be especially suitable for the actual control demand of DBD-type micro-atomizer.
