摘要
利用SFA测算出广东省绿色TFP增长率,并运用GMM法对专利与其关系进行实证分析。结果显示:非珠三角地区绿色TFP增长率波动显著大于珠三角地区,发明专利对其起促进作用但不显著,实用新型专利则起抑制作用;珠三角地区发明专利相对过量,实用新型专利对绿色TFP增长率起渐弱的促进作用;两个地区外观设计专利对绿色TFP增长率均起促进作用,而且珠三角地区的这种作用自2010年以来表现越来越强。
Using the stochastic frontier analysis(SFA),this paper calculates the green TFP of Guangdong Province,and then conducts an empirical analysis of the relationship between three kinds of patents and it by using the method of GMM.Result shows that the growth rate fluctuation of green TFP in regions other than Pearl River Delta is greater than that of Pearl River Delta,the invention patent plays a role in promoting but it is not significant,the utility model patent inhibits it on the contrary.The invention patent of the Pearl River Delta region is relatively excessive,and the utility model patent has a weaker effect on the growth of green TFP.The design patent promotes the growth of green TFP in both regions,in which the role of the Pearl River Delta region is mainly promoted and stronger after2010.
