基于DEA和Tobit模型的快递企业效率评价及影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用DEA-Tobit两阶段模型选取2009—2017年15家上市快递公司的面板数据分析快递企业效率及其影响因素。实证结果表明:快递企业整体效率水平较高,但有下滑趋势,且个体民营快递企业能够实现DEA有效的仅局限于Fed Ex等少数几家跨国快递公司,相对而言国内民营快递企业综合效率低又有大起大落的波动趋势。其次Tobit回归结果表明,快递企业盈利能力、总资产营运能力,管理成本及市场化程度是造成整体效率下滑,个体效率波动大的主要原因。 In this paper,DEA-Tobit model is used to analyze the efficiency and influencing factors of15listed express delivery companies in2009-2017.The empirical results show that the technical efficiency level of express delivery enterprises is relatively high,but there is a downward trend,and individual private express enterprises can realize DEA effectively only in a few multinational express companies such as FedEx.Relatively speaking,the domestic private express enterprises have low comprehensive efficiency and fluctuating trend.Secondly,the results of Tobit regression show that the main reasons for the technical efficiency decline and individual efficiency fluctuation are the profit ability,total assets operation ability,management cost and marketization degree of express delivery enterprises.
