岳西县温泉特色小镇规划策略初探

Preliminary exploration of the planning strategy of Wenquan characteristic town in Yuexi

特色小镇是目前我国推进新型城镇化的重要手段,通过对特色小镇概念的解读,结合皖西地区特点,以岳西县温泉特色小镇为例,提出城乡统筹发展,优化土地结构;结合品牌产业,构建空间体系;传承地域建筑风貌,实现传统街区复兴;打造绿色开放空间,促进"山""水""城"有机融合的四个规划策略,以期为皖西地区特色小镇的规划建设提出有益的探索。

Characteristic town is an important means to promote the new type of urbanization in China.Through the interpretation of the concept of characteristic town,combining with the characteristics of West Anhui province,this paper puts forward four planning strategies based on the example of Wenquan Town.Includes urban and rural development and optimization of land structure,combining the brand industry to build the space system,inheriting the regional architectural features and realizing the revival of traditional blocks,create a green and open space,promote the organic integration of“mountain”“water”and“city”.Through this study,we hope to provide a useful exploration for the planning and construction of characteristic towns in West Anhui province.
