摘要
站城一体化开发与TID理论分别源于日本和中国香港,都是针对轨道交通及其周边城市空间的一体化、集约式的开发模式。分别选取了日本、中国香港的两个各自具有代表性的案例,对其项目背景、发展历程以及设计策略进行对比分析,总结出站城一体化开发在不同地区实践理念上的一致性,以及面对特殊情况所采取的不同策略,对站城一体化开发与TID理论有更深入的了解。
Integrated station-city development and TID are two theories originated from Japan and Hong Kong in China,which are both aiming at integrated and intensive development model of railway transportation and surrounding urban space.Two typical cases of the paper are chosen from Japan,Hong Kong in China,to make a comparative analysis of project background,project profile and design strategy,for summarizing the consistency of integrated station-city development in different regions and the different strategies which were taken when faced with special circumstances,then to acquire more in-depth knowledge of integrated station-city development and TID.
