摘要
结合具体的工程实例,从人员精细化管理、设计方案精细化管理、材料精细化管理等方面,对精细化管理在工程施工管理中的应用进行探析,从而保障建筑工程的顺利开展。
Combining with specific engineering examples,this paper analyzed the application of fine management in engineering construction management from the personnel fine management,design plan fine management,material fine management and other aspecrs,so as to ensure the smooth development of construction engineering.
