This paper first introduces the advantages of the compaction construction technology of roadbed and pavement in highway engineering.By analyzing the influencing factors of the compaction construction quality,the main points of application of compaction technology of roadbed and pavement are discussed emphatically.The results show that it is the basic requirement to ensure the construction quality of highway engineering by making a perfect construction plan of roadbed and pavement,mastering the key points of compaction construction technology and strengthening the management of construction quality.
