摘要
介绍了工程监理应遵循的原则及监理工作的主要作用,从建立健全制度、提高人员素质、加大资金投入等方面,阐述了工程监理在建筑施工质量管理中的策略,从而提升建筑施工效率和质量水平。
This paper introduced the principles that engineering supervision should follow and the main role of supervision work,elaborated the strategies of engineering supervision in building construction quality management from establishing and perfecting system,improving personnel quality,increasing capital investment and other aspects,so as to improve the building construction efficiency and quality level.
