This paper analyzed the existing main problems in the building engineering supervision work,put forward the effective countermeasures to deal with the existing problems in building engineering supervision from strengthening the process quality control,strengthening the quality of staff,improving the responsibility system and other aspects,so as to ensure the quality and safety of building engineering.
