This paper systematically analyzed the3.8m×13m ball mill+roller press RP120-80clinker grinding operation,adopted effective operation techniques to optimize process parameters,logistics balance,air pressure balance,current balance run through whole ball milling system operation,the three complement each other and made the clinker grinding system run normally and efficiently.
