摘要
分析了设计阶段工程造价控制的现状与控制的重要性。针对设计阶段工程造价控制普遍存在的问题提出了相应的解决措施,指出只有通过加强培训设计、提高造价人员的综合素质、强化造价控制意识、推行限额设计加强设计变更管理手段,才能有效控制工程造价。
In view of many problems existing in engineering cost control in design stage,the present situation and importance of engineering cost control in design phase are analyzed.By introducing in detail the common problems in engineering cost control in the design stage and taking corresponding measures,through strengthening the training design,strengthening the comprehensive quality of the cost personnel and strengthening the consciousness of cost control,and carrying out the quota design to strengthen the design change management means,effective control of pro ject cost.
