Shenzhen Huizhou intercity rail-way and Shenzhen urban rail transit line21are common channels in Shenzhen City.In order to provide reference for project construction decision,this paper analyzes the competitiveness analysis of Shenzhen Hui City and Shenzhen rail transit line21,studies the service scope and passenger flow characteristics of the project,analyzes the replacement relationship of the project,defines the location of the line function,and puts forward the time series of project construction.
