摘要 班主任是大学生健康成长成才的引路人。由于高职院校学生来源的特殊性,学生普遍在学业、生活或心理上或多或少地存在不同问题,因此对于学生的管理较之普通高校难度更大。文章从多年班主任工作实践出发,论述了班主任个人应具备的素质和班主任管理工作对学生养成教育的重要影响,为高职院校专任教师兼职班主任工作提供了思路和可操作性的实践方法。 The head teacher is a guide for college students to grow up healthily.Because of the particularity of the source of students in higher vocational colleges,students generally have more or less different problems in their studies,life or psychology.Therefore,the management of students is more difficult than that of ordinary universities.Starting from the work practice of the head teacher for many years,this paper expounds the important influence of the class teacher's personal quality and the management work of the class teacher on the students'education,and provides a practical way of thinking and operability for the part-time class teacher of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
