摘要在链球菌引起的感染性疾病中,90%由A群链球菌引起。溶血性G群链球菌(group G Streptococcus,GGS)可通过消化道、呼吸道等途径感染,引起咽炎、软组织坏死、急性肾小球肾炎等多种疾病[1],涉及各年龄段。目前,GGS感染呈上升趋势,应引起临床关注。本研究拟对GGS感染的临床特点和耐药性进行分析。
