不同方法拆除10/0眼结膜缝线的疗效对比研究

Comparative study on the efficacy of different methods for removing 10/0 conjunctival suture

目的探讨2. 5mL注射器针尖拆除结膜缝线的价值。方法采用前瞻对比研究的方法,对166例患者随机分组,分为传统组与实验组,采用两种不同方法拆除结膜缝线后,观察患者当时出血程度,并调查患者满意度以及疼痛度。结果两组患者疼痛分级比较具有统计学差异(Z=4. 654,P <0. 001);满意度比较具有统计学差异(Z=6. 755,P <0. 001);两组患者出血程度比较具有统计学差异,(Z=3. 718,P <0. 001)。结论采用2. 5ml注射器针头斜面挑割方法直接割断10/0眼科缝线,此方法简单实用,减轻拆线过程中患者痛苦程度,减少出血,患者满意度高。

Objective To investigate the value of taking out conjunctival stitches with2.5Ml syringe needle.Methods A prospective comparative study of166patients were randomly divided into the traditional group and the experimental group.Two different methods were used to take out conjunctival stitches.The bleeding seriousness was observed and the patient satisfaction and pain degree were also investigated after sugery.Data was statistically analyzed with SPSS22.0software.Results There were statistical differences between the two groups in pain classifica-tion(Z=4.654,P<0.001),satisfaction comparison(Z=6.755,P<0.001),and bleeding degree(Z=3.718,P<0.001).Conclusion The method of using2.5Ml syringe needle to cut the10/0ophthalmic suture diagonally was simple and practical.The patient satisfaction was high,because the method can not only relieve patient?s pain,but also reduce bleeding.
