连续配筋混凝土路面冲断影响因素研究

摘要 为进一步揭示连续配筋混凝土路面(CRCP)脱空及冲断的形成机理,指导预防冲断的CRCP路面设计,综合考虑板底脱空及裂缝传荷能力的CRCP结构三维有限元模型,对脱空状态时路面结构力学响应的参数敏感性分析,总结各参数对脱空状态时混凝土板力学响应的影响规律:脱空将导致路面板受荷载时力学响应显著改变;裂缝宽度与板间传荷能力密切相关;筋材模量、配筋率、配筋位置影响不显著等。 A 3D emulation model of continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP)was established by FEM to analyze the development mechanism of punch-out and void beneath concrete slabs.The model has taken crack load transfer efficiency and the void into consideration,which is supposed to guide design against punch-out.Mechanic responses of the structure and parameter sensitivity were researched and some rules developed:void will lead to obvious mechanic changes in concrete slabs and develop gradually into punch-out.The crack width is closely related to the load-carrying capacity between plates.Modulus,volume rate and location of reinforce bars have no significant influence.
