Design and implementation of a loose-coupled Web flood forecasting and management system

基于B/S构架的Web洪水预报调度系统在运行管理、安全性、跨平台通用性等方面有着明显的优势。构建基于B/S、C/S松散耦合型洪水预报调度系统,阐述了系统实现关键技术和系统集成与业务流程,介绍了系统在汉江、丹江流域应用实例,为基于Web的B/S洪水预报调度系统提供了新思路。

The Web flood forecasting and management system based on B/S and C/S loose-coupling mode has obvious advantages in system management,security and cross platform versatility.In this paper,the key technologies and integrate system process are presented;the system application examples in basins of Hanjiang river and Danjiang river are introduced.The system provides a new idea for the Web flood forecasting and management system.
