摘要
肿瘤微环境与肿瘤的发展、转移及耐药等息息相关。肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(cancer-associated fibroblasts,CAFs)在肿瘤微环境的基质细胞中占有较高的比例,可以通过调控多种肿瘤相关信号通路,分泌多种生长因子、细胞因子等方式促进肿瘤的发生发展,介导肿瘤耐药的形成。本文论述了目前CAFs与肿瘤细胞之间可能涉及的信号通路等作用方式,为肿瘤化疗耐药提供解决思路,为提高肿瘤治疗疗效提供可能的新靶点。
Tumor microenvironment is closely related to tumor development,metastasis and drug resistance.Tumor-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)account for a large proportion of stromal cells in the tumor microenvironment,and can promote tumors by regulating a variety of tumor-related signaling pathways,secreting various growth factors and cytokines,mediating the formation of tumor resistance and tumor development.Our paper discussed possible signaling pathways between CAFs and tumor cells recently,provided potential solutions for tumor chemotherapy resistance and new targets for improving the therapeutic effect of tumors.
