摘要
EBV相关性胃癌(EBV associated gastric carcinoma,EBVaGC)是一种具有独特临床病理学特征的胃癌亚型。近年来,越来越多的研究关注到EBVaGC的发病机制,也为EBVaGC的诊断、治疗和预防提供了一定的理论依据。本文通过总结相关文献,就EBV感染方式、EBV致癌机制、临床病理学特征及针对此型患者的治疗策略进行综述。
Epstein-barr virus(EBV)associated gastric carcinoma is a subtype of gastric cancer with distinct clinicopathological features.Recent years,lots of researches have been focusing on the pathogenesis of EBVaGC,which thereby provide tremendous insights on the diagnosis,therapy,and prevention of EBVaGC.In this review,we summarized the infection pathway,carcinogenic mechanism,clinicopathological features and therapeutic approaches of EBVaGC.
