双钳道胃镜在治疗贲门-胃底黏膜下肿瘤中的临床应用评价

Efficacy analysis of double forceps endoscopic for submucosal tumors in cardiac and gastric fundus part

目的评价双钳道内镜在治疗贲门-胃底部黏膜下肿瘤(SMT)中的安全性及疗效性。方法回顾性分析28例贲门-胃底部SMT患者在双钳道胃镜下行内镜治疗的资料,包括基本情况、病变大小、治疗经过及病理结果等,并统计并发症及术后随访结果。结果 28例患者均顺利完成内镜治疗,病变最大径在0.6～4.0 cm,平均2.3 cm,内镜下病灶完整取出,手术时间35～120 min,平均65 min,术后住院5～10 d,平均7.5 d,无转外科继续治疗者。目前正在随访的患者胃镜复查均未见病变残留及复发。结论双钳道内镜在治疗贲门-胃底部SMT时能够达到完整切除的目标并具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To determine the feasibility and efficacy of double forceps endoscopic in treating submucosal tumors in the cardiac and gastric fundus part.Methods Clinical data of 28 patients with submucosal tumor in the cardiac and gastric fundus part underwent endoscopic treatment were analyzed.Operative,postoperative conditions and long-term follow-up of these patients were evaluated.Results Both the success rate and the complete resection rate were 100%and success of EPSS suture repair the wound in the stomach wall.The average maximum diameter of the tumor was 2.3 cm and average operation time was 65 min.Average median postoperative hospital was 7.5 d.There is no transfer patients with surgical treatment.All of patients were follow-up after treatment.And without recurrence under gastroscopy for completed follow-up review patients.Conclusions Double forceps endoscopic is safe and effective for submucosal tumors in the cardiac and gastric fundus part.
