教学服务型大学学术治理体系建设研究——以铜仁学院为例

摘要 学术不端行为既是学术诚信问题,又是道德问题。本文运用文献资料法、调查研究法、访谈法等研究方法对教学服务型大学学术治理问题进行研究。教学服务型大学是集教学、科研和社会服务于一体的大学,教师们的职称评审、职称评聘、学术奖励、年终绩效等也往往和教师的科学研究成果密切相关,这种层层制定的科研激励机制初衷是为了鼓励教师进行科学研究。然而,在具体实践过程中却发生了与之背道而驰的学术不端行为,且此污泥浊水不断蔓延。因此,学术治理是学界的当务之急,更是教学服务型大学中要铲除的一大毒瘤。 Academic misconduct is not only an academic integrity problem,but also a moral problem.The academic governance of teaching service universities is studied by means of literature,investigation and research,interview and other research methods.Teaching service-oriented universities are universities that integrate teaching,scientific research,and social services.Teachers'professional titles,professional titles,academic awards,and year-end performance are often closely related to teachers'scientific research results.This kind of scientific research incentive mechanism was originally designed to encourage teachers to conduct scientific research.However,in the course of concrete practice,academic misconduct that runs counter to it has occurred,and this sludge has continued to spread.Therefore,academic governance is an urgent task in academic circles,and it is also a major cancer to be eradicated in teaching service universities.
