针药并用治疗发作期眩晕的临床效果

Analysis of the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine in treatment of vertigo during attack

目的 观察针药并用治疗发作期眩晕的临床疗效。方法 选择2016年6月至2018年1月期间在本院就诊的62例椎基底动脉供血不足引起眩晕症的患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(32例)。对照组常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加针药并用治疗。观察两组临床疗效,并记录两组治疗前后经颅多普勒双侧椎-基底动脉检查的平均峰流速(Vm)和血管搏动指数(PI)的变化。结果 观察组总有效率(96.88%,31/32)显著高于对照组(76.67%,23/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Vm显著高于对照组[(32.69±5.13)cm/s比(26.71±6.17)cm/s],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PI显著低于对照组[(0.76±0.15)比(0.88±0.12)],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 发作期眩晕患者积极采用针药并用疗法,可有效提升疗效,并改善双侧椎-基底动脉供血。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of vertigo during attack.Methods Sixty-two patients with vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(32 cases).The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with acupuncture and medicine.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and the changes of mean peak velocity(Vm)and pulsatile index(PI)were recorded before and after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.88%,31/32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30),with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Vm was significantly higher and the PI was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group[(32.69±5.13)cm/s vs.(26.71±6.17)cm/s and(0.76±0.15)vs.(0.88±0.12)],with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Active combination of acupuncture and medicine can effectively improve the curative effect and bilateral vertebral-basilar artery blood supply in patients with vertigo during attack.
