摘要
本文基于厦门、漳州两地614份农民工问卷调查数据,建立二项logistic模型,分析了就业质量对农民工市民化意愿的影响的性别差异。结果表明:农民工市民化的意愿并不强烈,只有28.3%的农民工有市民化的意愿;女性农民工的市民化意愿高于男性农民工。女性农民工的就业质量(合理的工作时间、劳动合同的签订、工作满意度)越高,市民化意愿越强。对男性农民工而言,就业质量(拥有社会保障和住房公积金及工作满意度)越高,市民化意愿越强。较低的就业质量不利于推动农民工市民化进程的发展。因此,注重农民工就业质量的性别差异、提高农民工群体的就业质量对农民工市民化进程具有十分重要的作用。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of 614 migrant workers in Xiamen and Zhangzhou,this paper establishes a binomial logistic model and analyzes the gender differences in the impact of employment quality on the willingness of migrant workers to become citizens.The results show that the willingness of migrant workers to be urbanized is not strong,only 28.3%of migrant workers have the willingness to become citizens;female migrant workers have higher willingness to become citizens than male migrant workers.The higher the employment quality of female migrant workers(reasonable working hours,labor contract signing,job satisfaction),the stronger the willingness of citizens.For male migrant workers,the higher the quality of employment(with social security and housing provident fund and job satisfaction),the stronger the willingness of citizens.The low quality of employment is not conducive to the development of the urbanization process of migrant workers.Therefore,paying attention to the gender differences in the employment quality of migrant workers and improving the employment quality of migrant workers groups play an important role in the process of citizenization of migrant workers.
