摘要
作为"两山"理念重要发源地之一的丽水,在人才队伍建设上存在人才资源总量不足、高层次人才数量偏低、人才分布不均衡、人才队伍结构不尽合理以及人才流失严重等问题,存在这些问题的原因主要有:缺乏"引才育才留才"的经济基础,缺少"用才重才""发展人才"的浓厚氛围以及情感关怀不够、教育支撑力度较弱。为改变这种现状,应以"两山"理念引领地区生态建设,为人才队伍建设创造良好的环境氛围;以"两山"理念引领组织生态建设,为人才队伍建设提供有力的保障;以"两山"理念引领教育生态建设,为人才队伍建设搭建桥梁。
Lishui is one of the important birthplaces of the idea of Two Mountains,but is faced with problems in talent team construction,for example,the shortage of talent resources,low number of high-level talents,uneven distribution of talents,unreasonable talent structure,and so on,due to the lack of financial basis for attracting,nurturing as well as retaining talents,the lack of a good atmosphere for employing,reusing and developing talents,as well as the lack of care for talents and strong support for their education.To tackle the problems,it is essential to lead the construction of local talent ecology so as to create a good atmosphere for talent team construction,and it is also significant to perfect the construction of institutional ecology so as to provide a strong support for talent team construction,guided by the idea of Two Mountains.
