十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了司法公正与社会治理创新等许多影响深远的理念。值得注意的是,司法公正与社会治理创新两个理念之间具有深层次的连结。这两者都是为了人民的根本利益,具有正义价值的表达形态,同时又是深化改革的组成部分。司法公正在社会治理创新中具有重要作用,是界定有限政府的关键、实现社会本位的保障和规范市民自治的指导。以司法公正为目标的司法体制改革,以社会化为立足点的司法配套建设,以公正司法为重叠共识的现代司法理念的升级等是社会治理创新背景下实现司法公正化改革的有效路径。

Since the18th National Congress?the Central Committee of CPC with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core has proposed many far-reaching ideas such as judicial justice and social governance innovation.It is worth noting that there is a profound link between the two concepts of judicial justice and social governance innovation.Both of them are for the fundamental interests of the people,expressions of justice value,and at meanwhile a part of the reform that is being carrying further forward.Judicial justice plays an important role in social governance innovation.It is the key to defining a limited government,the guarantee of social standard and the guidance of regulating citizen autonomy.The paths of judicial justice reform under the innovation of social governance:the reform of the judicial system with the aim of judicial justice;the construction of the mating judicial with the direction of the socialization;the promotion of the judicial concept based on the fair justice.
