精神分裂症是一种慢性精神障碍病,发病机理复杂,治愈周期长而且容易复发,必须进行合理的护理和用药治疗,才有可能治愈。良好的护理可以提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量,进而促进其配合用药治疗,现对日常护理提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性进行综述,为护理干预改善精神分裂症患者的生活质量提供理论依据。

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder with complex pathogenesis.It has a long cure cycle and is easy to relapse.It is possible to cure schizophrenia only by reasonable nursing and medication.Good nursing can improve the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia,and then promote their treatment with medication.This article summarized the current daily nursing for schizophrenic patients to improve compliance with medication,and provided theoretical basis for nursing intervention to improve the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.
