摘要 电子竞技作为一种新兴的智力竞技和精神娱乐,与追求强化体能或身体极限的体育判然有别,可以按照其自身规律独立发展。将电子竞技置入体育体系,对其自身和体育均有较多不利影响,尤其与体育概念及体育价值体系有着显著的冲突。中国电子竞技发展处于中国青少年体育尚未成型和国民(特别是青少年)近视率世界最高、慢性病流行、健身风气不彰、生育率严重偏低等特殊背景下,必须得到理性的政策规制,甚至征收行业的专项税,方能逐步达成社会经济、文化的协调效应。研究认为,政府乃至电子竞技投资人应支持开展关于电子竞技缺陷、弊端和不足的大样本量、长时段研究,以形成客观、公正、平衡的电子竞技研究与传播格局,从而实现电子竞技自身理性、平和与持续发展。从目前看,国际奥委会的项目遴选规则和惯例近期均不支持电子竞技成为奥运会项目的可能。 As an independent competitive intelligence and mind recreation,E-Sports are differ from traditional Sports which aim at physical strengthen and physical limit.Imbedding of E-Sport into Sport would be harmful to both sides,especially challenge the definition and value of sport.China is facing enormous problems such as immature adolescent sport,low myopia rate,prevalence of chronic diseases,unsatisfactory fitness ethos and undesired total fertility rate.During the trying situation that must be dealt with,E-sport need to be institutionalized by rule of law such as special tax for coordination between social economy and culture.The author suggested that governor and investor of E-sport encourage the large sample and long term research project on the abuse,flaw and shortage of E-Sport and then form a objective,impartial,balanced pattern of communication and research to develop reasoningly,mildly and persistently.So far,E-Sport is almost impossible to include into the Olympic Games according to the rule by law and convention.
