论全球体育城市的内涵、特征与评价

On the Connotation, Characteristics and Evaluation of Global Sports Cities

全球体育影响力成为当下中国社会各界关注的热点,国内诸多城市也纷纷提出建设全球著名体育城市的目标,意在通过"全球体育城市"打造提升城市综合竞争力。但目前学术界缺乏全球体育城市评价实践的研究,难以回应体育纳入城市战略发展的理论与实践需求。为此,研究全面梳理了目前国际相对成熟、认可度较高的"全球体育城市评价指标排行榜",从城市国际影响力、经济辐射力、文化传播力、体育资源配置力等方面,对世界公认全球著名体育城市的内涵、本质特征及评价指标体系进行了分析与构建,以期对中国全球体育城市发展提供有意义的借鉴。

Global sport impact has become a heatedly-discussed topic in China,and a good number of Chinese cities have set the construction of a“global sport city”as a strategic goal to improve their comprehensive urban competitiveness.Currently there exists a shortage of research regarding the evaluation practices of global sport cities,making it difficult to address the integration of sport into strategic urban planning both theoretically and practically.To bridge this gap,based on a systemic review of the widely recognized existing indices evaluating the impact of global sport cities,this paper explored the connotation,features as well as measurement of global sport cities from the perspective of global impact,economic radiation,cultural communication,and sport resources distribution capabilities,so as to provide information and reference for Chinese cities to better achieve their goal of building global sport cities.
