Older than me by17years,Mr Louis Cha Jin Yong and I have been friends despite our age difference.After I went overseas in1989,he has been a source of comfort and warmth.Once our hearts were connected we became close friends.Whenever we meet,we talk about anything and everything,from literature to politics,from China to America,from martial arts fiction to absurdist fiction,with nothing that is avoidable.
