摘要
目的构建护士职业素养评价指标体系。方法采用质性研究的方法,对三级、二级医院的临床护士、护理管理者、临床医生、实习护生、住院患者进行半结构式访谈,确定评价体系的各级指标;应用小组讨论和Delphi专家咨询法,最终确定护士职业素养评价体系。结果在质性访谈的基础上,通过两轮专家函询,最终形成的护士职业素养评价体系包括4个一级指标,16个二级指标,53个三级指标。函询专家的权威系数为0.861,两轮专家函询各级指标的协调系数为0.110~0.379,并且协调系数的假设检验具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士职业素养评价体系各指标专家意见趋于一致,专家的积极性和权威程度高,结果可信,可为护士职业素养的评价提供参考。
Objective To construct the professionalism evaluation system of nurses.Methods The clinical nurses,nursing managers,clini-cians,practical nurses and patients in hospitalized from tertiary and secondary hospitals by qualitative study to decide each index among the evalua-tion system.Then through team discussion and Delphi to decided Professionalism Evaluation System of Nurses.Results Through qualitative re-search and Delphi expert consultations,the professionalism evaluation system of nurses was formed,which included4first-level indexes,16secondary indexes and53three-level indexes.The authority coefficient was0.861and the coordination coefficient was between0.110and0.379after2-round expert consultation,and the hypothesis test were statistically significant(P<0.01or P<0.05).Conclusion Experts tend to agree the evaluation system and the enthusiasm and authority of experts are high,the results are believed.It can provide reference for the e-valuation of professionalism among nurses.
