摘要
目的构建具有可行性、科学性和客观性的护理临床课程整合教学质量评价体系,为评价护理临床课程整合教学质量提供全面和可量化的参考依据。方法通过文献回溯、文献分析、访谈法对指标体系进行初步构建,运用Delphi法对30名专家进行两轮函询,以确定评价指标及各指标权重。结果两轮专家咨询的问卷回收率为100.00%,专家权威系数Cr值为0.835和0.897;第一、二级指标专家意见协调度(W)分别为:0.085、0.344、0.425、0.619(P<0.01)。护理临床课程整合教学质量的评价指标体系涵盖了4个一级指标、21个二级指标。结论两轮函询之后,专家的积极性、权威性和意见协调性均较高,构建的指标体系可以为护理临床课程的教学质量评价提供借鉴。
Objective To construct a feasible,scientific and objective index assessment system of integrated teaching quality of nursing clinical courses,and provide more comprehensive and quantifiable reference for clinical practice.Methods Using the method of literature re-view,literature analysis and interviewing method to interview30experts to determine assessment indexes and the weight of each index.Results After two rounds of consultation,the questionnaires return-ratio was100.00%and the expert authority(Cr values)were0.835and0.897.The coordination degree of grade I and II indexes(W)were0.085,0.344,0.425and0.619(P<0.01).The assessment system of inte-grated teaching quality of nursing clinical courses covered4grade I indexes and21grade II indexes.Conclusion After two rounds of consul-tation,all experts had high level of active,authoritative and coordinated indexes.The assessment system can provide reference for integrated teaching quality of nursing clinical courses.
