摘要
我国民营企业的规模、实力等存在地区差异,企业普遍实力不强,存在管理制度落后、融资难、文化建设薄弱、缺少人才等问题。今后,民营企业必须严格实行现代企业管理制度,只有积极拓宽融资渠道,加强软实力建设,完善人才聘用机制,才能获得长久发展。
There are regional differences in the scale and strength of private enterprises.Many problems exist in enterprise,such as lagged management system,financing difficulties,weak culture construction and talent shortage.Private enterprises must strictly implement modern enterprise management system in the future.Only actively widen financing channels,strengthen the construction of soft power,and perfect the mechanism for the personnel employed,then the long-term development can be obtained.
