“互联网+”视域下基于共生视角的现代学徒制研究

摘要 数字经济快速发展的时代,急需实用型、技术型、创新型人才。高职院校应基于产业发展和企业人才需求,开展"互联网+"视域下产教融合的现代学徒制实践。基于共生视角对现代学徒制中的利益相关者进行博弈分析,改善教育共生单元间的生态环境,构建多层次共生组织体系,运用共生理论完善"双导师制""多主体利益平衡""多元评价考核"等运行机制,是政、行、校、企多维度深度融合人才培养模式创新的有效尝试。 Rapid development of the digital economy era is in urgent need of practical,technical and innovative talents.Based on the demand of the industrial development and enterprise talent,higher vocational colleges should carry out the modern apprenticeship practice of the integration of production and education from the perspective of internet plus.The significance of game analysis on stakeholders of modern apprenticeship in the view of symbiosis,the improvement of ecological environment of education symbiosis units,the construction of a multi-level symbiosis organization system,and the application of symmetry mutualism in improving the operational mechanism of“double tutor system”“multi interest balance”“multiple evaluation”,are the effective attempts to innovate the talent cultivation mode based on the multidimensional integration of government,industry,schools and enterprises.
