摘要
公务员报考热与社会保障政策改革是近几年民生热点问题。通过对来自新乡市五所高校的100份调查问卷进行统计分析,发现大学毕业生作为报考公务员的主力军,虽然其报考意愿会因性别或所学专业而有所不同,但其择业行为会受到社会保障政策及其改革的影响。针对当前公务员报考过热和大学毕业生对社会保障政策缺乏了解等现象,可以通过提高企业的社会保障水平、出台专门针对大学生群体的社会保障优惠政策、加强学校的社会保障知识宣传教育等方法,帮助和引导大学生做出最适合自己的职业选择。
The reform of civil servant registration and social security policy is a hot issue in people s livelihood in recent years.Through statistical analysis of 100 questionnaires from 5 universities in Xinxiang City,it is found that college graduates are the main force for applying for civil servants.Although their willingness to apply will vary according to gender or major,their career choices are influenced by social security policies and their reforms.In view of the overheating of civil servants and the lack of understanding of social security policies by university graduates,college graduates can improve the level of social security of enterprises,a group of social security for college students preferential policy,strengthen the social security of the school knowledge propaganda and education,help and guide students to make the most suitable for their career choice.
