小儿消积止咳口服液对慢性咳嗽患儿症状改善及体液免疫功能的影响

Effects of Xiaoji Zhike Oral Solution on Symptoms Improvement and Humoral Immunity in Children with Chronic Cough

目的:研究小儿消积止咳口服液对慢性咳嗽患儿症状改善及体液免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年7月西南医科大学附属中医医院收治的慢性咳嗽患儿84例,按照随机抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。2组均接受常规抗感染治疗,在此基础上对照组予以盐酸氨溴索糖浆治疗,观察组则予以小儿消积止咳口服液治疗。比较2组在临床疗效,临床症状消失时间,治疗前后2组体液免疫指标水平,治疗前后2组炎性反应因子水平的差异。结果:观察组总有效率比较对照组较高(P <0. 05)。观察组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、罗音消失时间比较对照组较低(均P <0. 05)。治疗后观察组IgG、IgA、IgM水平比较对照组较高(均P <0. 05)。治疗后观察组血清IL-6、TNF-α水平比较对照组较低(均P <0. 05)。结论:小儿消积止咳口服液应用于慢性咳嗽患儿的疗效显著,有利于改善患儿的临床症状、体征,同时可显著提高体液免疫功能,减轻炎性反应程度。

To study and analyze the effects of Xiaoji Zhike Oral Solution on the improvement of symptoms and humoral immunity in children with chronic cough.Methods:A total of 84 children with chronic cough admitted to Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Southwest Medical University from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random lottery,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional anti-infective therapy,and on this basis,the control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride syrup,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoji Zhike Oral Solution.The clinical efficacy,the time of clinical symptoms disappear,the humoral immune index level and the levels of inflammatory factors of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The duration of cough,sputum,wheezing and lung rumbling in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,IgG,IgA and IgM levels in the observation group were higher than the control group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoji Zhike Oral Solution is effective in treating children with chronic cough,which can improve their clinical symptoms and signs,improve humoral immunity and reduce the degree of inflammatory response.
