2016年湖南省血防机构人力资源现状及对策分析

Human resources status and countermeasures in anti-schistosomiasis institutions in Hunan Province,2016

目的为了解全省各级血吸虫病预防控制机构人力资源现状和存在的问题,并为《湖南省血吸虫病控制系列职称评定办法》的制订提供依据。方法设计调查表,普查2016年全省血防机构卫生人力状况。结果 2016年全省血防机构职工总数为1 291人。全省血防人员高龄化;专业技术人员比例偏小,仅占34. 9%,且学历偏低;血防人员结构不合理。结论应加强人才建设,稳定血防队伍,采取措施提高在职人员素质。

Objective To understand the present status and problems of human resources in schistosomiasis prevention and control institutions at all levels in Hunan province for evidence to develop the Professional Title Appraisal Criteria for Personnel in Schistosomiasis Control Within Hunan Province.Methods Self-programmed questionnaire was used to survey the status of human resources in health line in Hunan province in 2016.Results The total staff number in the institutions of schistosomiasis prevention and control was 1 291 in 2016 in Hunan province.Only 34.9%out of the staff were professionals,and the educational background was at lower level,which led to disproportionate personnel structure.Conclusion The findings suggest that construction of the talents in this field should be strengthened in order to make a stabilized professional team and improve the personnel quality.
