摘要 分别以双环戊二烯型环氧树脂(DCPD)、联苯型环氧树脂(Biphenyl)、双酚A型环氧树脂(Bis-A)为基体树脂,线性苯酚树脂(PN)为固化剂,研究三种基体树脂对环氧模塑料的性能影响。采用单一变量法,通过改变环氧树脂的种类,分析不同环氧树脂对环氧模塑料(EMC)性能的影响。采用毛细流变仪测试EMC的粘度,万能测试机、恒温加热板测试其螺旋流动长度和凝胶化时间,以及利用万能试验机分析环氧树脂对EMC的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、对镀铜框架粘结力的影响。结果表明:不同的环氧树脂对EMC的螺旋流动长度、凝胶化时间、粘度、粘结力、弯曲强度、弯曲模量等性能有着重要的影响。 In this paper,with DCPD、Biphenyl、Bis-A tpye resin as the matrix resin,linear phenol resins as the hardener,the effects of three matrix resins on the properties of epoxy moulding materials were studied by single variable method,and the effects of different epoxy resins on the properties of epoxy moulding plastics(EMC)were analyzed.The viscosity of EMC was measured by capillary rheometer,the length of spiral flow and gelation time were measured by universal tester and thermostat,and the influence of epoxy resin on the flexural strength,modulus and adhesion of copper plating frame were analyzed by universal tester.The results show that the different epoxy resins have important influence on the length of spiral flow,gelation time,viscosity,adhesion force,flexural strength and flexural modulus of EMC.
