摘要
以聚苯乙烯(PS)微球为硬模板,聚醚P123为介孔导向剂,采用溶剂蒸发自组装法(EISA)制备了有序大孔-介孔W-TiO2薄膜。考察了金属W的掺杂量对光催化性能的影响。结果表明,大孔-介孔结构和W掺杂可以显著提高Ti O2薄膜材料在可见光区域的光催化活性,Ti与W的摩尔比为100∶4时,光催化活性最高,光催化降解5 mg/L罗丹明B,60 min降解完全。
Ordered macro-mesoporous W/TiO2 films were prepared by using polystyrene(PS)microspheres as hard template,polyether P123 as mesoporous guide agent,via the solvent evaporation self-assembly method(EISA).The influence of the W doping amount affect the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation were analyzed.Results revealed that the macro-mesoporous structure and W-doped can significantly improve the photocatalytic degradation of TiO2,and when the molar ratio of Ti to W is 100∶4,the photocatalytic activity is the highest,5 mg/L RhB can be completely degradated by illuminating 60 min.
