摘要
以1-(1-氯环丙基)-2-唑酮(丙硫菌唑中间体)与浓硝酸作用成盐,利用中间体及其硝酸盐的特性,选择合适的成盐及分离条件,探究丙硫菌唑中间体的化学提纯方法。对中间体粗品进行纯化处理,得到了纯度为99. 21%的产品,回收率为95. 95%。
1-(1-Chlorocyclopropyl)-2-triadimefon(prothioconazole intermediate)reacted with concentrated nitric acid to form nitrate.Using the characteristics of intermediate and its nitrate,we selected the appropriate salt-forming conditions and separation conditions to afford a purification process of its crude product.The content of the product was 99.21%,and the yield of purification was about 95.95%.
