摘要
本文从以下几个方面对光伏开关触头系统进行了应用研究。对触头的常用材料性能进行了对比分析;分析了低压电器行业中通常使用的动静触头结构设计,根据本产品的应用特点,制定了动静触头结构设计的方案,并进行了理论验算;依据产品短路接通和分断能力的要求,提出了该产品的驱动机构的设计结构,同时对驱动机构性能进行了理论分析。
The applied research of photovoltaic switch contact system is carried out from several aspects in this paper.Comparative analysis of common material properties of contacts and the structure design of dynamic and static contacts commonly used in low-voltage electrical industry are analyzed.According to the application characteristics of product,the scheme of dynamic and static contact structure design is formulated and the theoretical verification is carried out.According to the requirement of short-circuiting and breaking capacity of product,the design structure of driving mechanism of the product is proposed,and the performance of the driving mechanism is theoretically analyzed.
