摘要
质控图是ISO/TS16949质量管理体系/技术规范之五大工具之一,是汽车工业中广泛使用于分析和控制过程质量的方法。为监控管状保险丝产品生产过程的稳定性,在组装工序(识别为"关键工序"),选用阻值和外观不良率两种质控图进行动态的管控。
Quality control chart is one of the five tools of ISO/TS16949quality management system/technology specification,which is widely used in the automotive industry to analyze and control process quality.In order to monitor the stability of the production process of the tubular fuse product,two quality control charts during the assembly process(identified as the“key process”)are selected for dynamic control.
